I photographed Caroline at a recent event and having seen the images asked me to shoot some branding and lifestyle images for her. We met at The Old Course Hotel and shot in and around the hotel in St Andrews. Caroline is the spokesperson for The Six Nations Ruby Organisation, My Name's Doddie campaign and speaker at events, she asked me to shoot a brand campaign so she had a gallery of images she can use for promotional purposes and press.

I was asked in January 24 to work with Lucy who coaches women online to become the best fittest versions of themselves with a real focus on mums who are looking to get their lives back on track which is something I can certainly empathise with. I met with Lucy before our shoot to discuss what she wanted from the images which was a mixture of content to use for her socials, online platform and website. I sent out a questionnaire asking Lucy some questions about her brand and that she wanted the business to do for her. We planned the shoot together with Lucy sending me some inspiration images and we agreed Aberdour would be a great location to shoot a mixture of lifestyle and branding images.

Product Launch & Product Photography
I was commissioned by Anne from Happy & Calm to take photographs during the launch of her beautiful "Messages from the Ocean" cards. The event included meditation and dancing aimed at primary aged kids. The cards were so beautiful illustrated by the talented Bryony Fripp with the most mindful special messages to support young peoples feelings and confidence. I also did some studio set ups to take images suitable for retail/Amazon/Etsy.

I was delighted to be commissioned in July by Sue of Lothian Lavender to take some lifestyle images for her website and social media. Her farm and location in the beautiful East Lothian countryside was just amazing to work in surrounded by her stunning lavender fields. The products themselves ranging from foot-cream, balms, candles to pillow sprays are artisan made, smell divine and most importantly made by Sue herself in her workshop using traditional techniques.

I was thrilled to be asked by Tamarin to take some natural headshots for her to use for professional use. We met up in Dunfermline Heritage Quarter I am sure she won't mind me saying she was apprehensive about being in front of the camera but after a coffee and a chat we got started. So glad she has a bank of images to choose from.
Soulasta Events
" Listen to your heart "
Kelly approached me in early January 24 to ask me to work with her to make some images to reflect herself and her business Soulasta Events. Kelly told me about an event she was planning in April so we planned to capture the event in the beautiful venue Studio 72 in Aberdour. The morning went beautifully with wonderful inspirational women. I really enjoyed this commission and hope to work with Kelly again in the future.

I wanted to include a section showing some work I did for an amazing family run company called Selbrae House. They specialise in handmade, slate and wood products for the trade market and recently opened a store in St Andrews.
The products are gorgeous and such care and detail goes in to their production. I was asked to photograph everything from the wood being cut to portraits of the staff that work there. I undertook lifestyle shoots on location and products shots in a studio setting.
Boardwalk Handpoured Candles
I had seen Angie’s lovely candles at a local market in the summer and had a look at her social media presence and wondered if I could take some images for her as her candles are stunning and smell amazing too. I approached Angie and a few months later with one thing and another I picked up some of her new range of Pillar Candles and branded sleeves made from Harris Tweed. I spent a weekend setting up my home studio and taking some images of them, I added my own props including some gorgeous Scottish thistles and roses. I was pleased with the results and even happier when Angie gave me some amazing feedback. I am really looking forward to working together in the future and supporting small businesses in Dunfermline.

This commission was more of a personal project for University that benefited Scott and I mutually, he's really happy with the images and is using them daily on socials and website to promote his business. Its a small traditional mens barber shop based in Oakley specialising in mens grooming and banter! I look forward to more shoots in the future.
